"Due to road closures, the car park was very difficult to find, we first went to the hotel, and was then given a map to find the carpark. It wasn’t clear where the carpark intercom was to buzz in. They also charge €30 per day for parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a car. However, it’s perfect if you’re travelling on foot. There’s no kettle in the room, but hot water is available in the reception/food area."

"I booked a room at this hotel last week for a concert at 013 Tilburg. It is a very neat and well-equipped hotel: the self-check-in and check-out concept is well thought out and user-friendly. The room itself is also perfectly fine: a comfortable bed and good amenities such as a TV, coffee maker, and a hygienic shower. One tip for Trip.com: to enter the 'lobby' downstairs, you need an access code for the door for the first time. Unfortunately, this was not provided when booking the room. I did manage to get access after contacting Duke Studio directly by phone. It is certainly handy to have that code ready in advance."
