"Let me start with the cons. 1. We booked two separate nights, and for the first night, they put us in a room on the basement level, which was on the same floor as the underground parking lot. The design was quite impractical: after opening the door, the bathroom was immediately to the left, and you had to walk down three or four steps to get to the bed. This was a bit dangerous for anyone needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night! For instance, my husband actually fell once when going to the bathroom at night! 2. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. After talking to the front desk, they said their system showed the AC was working. The two nights we stayed weren't extremely hot, but it was still hard for my son and husband to sleep comfortably. Now for the pros: 1. They offer free 24-hour milk and coffee. 2. The staff's service attitude is excellent. 3. The location is superb. 4. It offers great value for money."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. The reception staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, and we really appreciated their great service. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. It was working, but the cooling was very weak, so the room remained quite warm. We contacted the reception and asked for a fan, and they kindly brought one to our room. After having the fan, the situation became much more comfortable and acceptable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff."

After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift."

Den automatiserede 24/7 selvchecking gik glat, og tagterrassen var det perfekte sted at slappe af om aftenen.Jeg vil absolut blive her igen næste gang jeg er i Bern!"

The small dining area allowed you to cook your own meals, with all the necessary tools and seasonings. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, and I loved it. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Switzerland. The self-check-in process was clear and straightforward, without any hassle."
