"No shower water no hot water and miserable stay. Don’t stay here. Horrible. There was no empathy for our inconvenience. The bed we had was noisy and small for a queen size bed. Double possibly and smallest room you hope you don’t have be confined in. Staffing was utterly horrible. What can say is not to stay here anywhere else would be better. I’m 71 and was told they don’t have help even though both ladies were much younger than me but I was told I had to carry my own belongings to the third floor. My husband is 83 and they can’t help us. Only thing I can say is it is in Centro but I can’t imagine having a restaurant and rooms around it. There’s no chance there’s tranquility. We were lucky in one instance and that is the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and we were there on Tuesday"

"Værelset er stort og komfortabelt, sofaer lidt hårde men komfortable, har parkering på en strand, som skal åbnes i receptionen og ligger blot få meter fra centrum af Bernal. Underligt har de deres dollar-pris, hvilket gør dem lidt vanskeligt at opkræve i henhold til valutakursen!"

"Centrisk, smuk og med fremragende opmærksomhed, jeg elsker dekoration, hvert værelse har sin egen detaljer, vores værelse havde en lille køleskab til at opbevare alt ost og vin, vi købte, De har en parkering på et hus derfra med ekstra omkostninger, men for hele dagen uden at skulle tage det, da alt ligger meget tæt på hotellet."
