"Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The hospitality was poor, and the staff showed little concern for the problems we encountered. The rooms were poorly maintained, with several issues that should have been addressed long ago. The ceiling was leaking during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and inadequate customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly resolved."

"The hut was very dilapidated, the garden in the back was so dirty I didn't want to sit down, the bathroom faucet was leaking, and the toilet was broken. This kind of guesthouse actually included breakfast, which I didn't dare eat, but it felt very impolite not to, since the kitchen lady had made it fresh – fruit, coffee, cheese, bread, various jams… a whole table full."

"During rainy weather, water leaked through the ceiling of our room. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and the exterior areas were very dirty. The shower cabin door was broken, making it difficult and unsafe to use. The stairs were slippery, and the handrail was inadequate for safety. There was also a sharp metal sign attached in a dangerous position near the stairs, creating a risk of injury. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, consisting of only a few basic items such as some olives and eggs. What disappointed us the most was the staff’s reaction. Despite all these issues, we received no sincere apology and were simply told “goodbye” with a smile when leaving. We expected much better customer service and a genuine effort to address our concerns."
