"Checked in on my birthday and The Chateau sent a very nice ‘Happy Birthday’ chocolate cake. We had a relaxing time and an enjoyable Nature Veggie tour at the organic farm and a delicious lunch. The staff and service from the concierge, to the lobby reception, room service and restaurants were fantastic and impeccable. Bobby the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is ever so friendly and helpful."

"I booked a 2 days 1 night stay at Antara Residence by Sleeping Lion and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was assigned Room 06 on Level 25, which faces directly towards a construction site. The view was extremely unpleasant and significantly affected the overall stay. I checked in at approximately 1:30 PM and requested a room on a higher floor, hoping for a better view. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful and made no effort to accommodate my request or offer any alternative solution. Another issue was the RM300 security deposit required upon check-in. The property only accepts cash or a physical credit card for the deposit. My husband only had a digital credit card and no physical card with him, which created unnecessary inconvenience. As a result, we had to drive out to find an ATM to withdraw cash, with the nearest available ATM located at Awana SkyCentral. I believe this situation could have been avoided if the management had informed guests in advance about the security deposit requirements. Clear communication before arrival would allow guests to prepare accordingly and avoid unnecessary stress during check-in. Overall, the poor room view, the lack of assistance from the receptionist, and the inconvenience caused by the deposit policy left us disappointed with our stay. I hope the management can improve customer service, provide clearer information to guests before arrival, and be more considerate when assigning rooms, especially when nearby construction affects the view."
