"Meget ondt! Vi var sammen med vores gruppe på hotellet for et par år siden med halvpension og havde det i rigtig god hukommelse. Desværre er restauranten ikke længere anbefales. Servicepersonalet var håbeløst overbelastet. Vi ventede i aften på vores mad i op til 2 timer. Total kaos i gæsteværelset. Vi havde indtryk af, at hotellerne blev bedt om særligt langsomt. Selv ved morgenmad var bordene kun dækket for eksterne gæster - vi følte os meget dårligt betjent og bestemt ikke velkommen!"
