Navigating around the different blocks and many pathways took a little getting used to and the signage was a little vague. Would return but only for a complete disconnect which I guess supports the very Peaceful Zen vibe."

"Was at the time they cheapest hotel in Benidorm. It cost 8 EUR to get into town by taxi so if you are looking at cost,, cost that in. Its above the Benidorm bus station so good for the bus back to Alicante 8EUR Rooms are clean, good AC, no food gym was a box tick, the pool was OK, but had the greasy brigade on the sun loungers...... You've above the bus station FFS!"

"Clean tidy but a bit out of the way quite a little walk to the old town not much 1 local shop quake close a few restaurants but it is a walk away from the old town personally myself I would not come back to this hotel to the location but at the moment you are a sea view from you room however building works are commencing at back of hotel but noise not too much if you are a walking problem I will not recommend this hotel to you if you fit I like walking hotel is ideal for you activities are arranged at full-side every day"

"Hotel room was basic but spotless, the aircon was excellent and left on all day for us, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All staff were helpful and pleasant called us taxis whenever we needed them and they were there within minutes. Big chest freezer full of ice bags perfect for balcony drinks the lady even gave us glasses and straws to take up. Location was perfect out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of everything. We were 2 girls celebrating my birthday. Walk to the beach just down the hill, lots of shops across the road and a proper super market. The centre of the old town is about a 10 min walk and into new town I’d say 20. We walked to the strip on our last night and glad we did lots of lovely cocktail bars on the way. Would recommend and stay here again."

"Not bad for a budget hotel but not be returning. The lifts was a night mare and being right on a hill, you was already out of breath before even getting in and then having to either wait half hour for the lift or walk up endless flights of stairs. Fab sea views but no balcony as its all windows. Hate the new none smoking rule. They have us an ashtray to then be told we was not allowed to smoke at the outside area. "

"Ignorér de negative anmeldelser, de havde mig bekymret for ingen grund.Vi blev i seks nætter alle inklusiv.Familie af 4 og bookede en 2-bed familie suite - værelse 8503.Værelset var ubeskyttet med en fantastisk mængde plads. Der er mindre ufuldkommenheder, men intet, der ikke forventes med et hotel, der ikke er mærkeligt nyt.Den store fordel for suiterne var ingen delt korridor med nogen, så ingen af de sædvanlige dørslamninger!Meget stille område og perfekt til familier. Føde/drikke - nul klager.Frugt er ret standard og gentagne, men de frisk lavede omeletter var fab og mine børn kunne ikke få nok af pandekager, waffles og crepes med chokoladesaft til morgenmad. De fleste frokoster vi havde på den mexicanske snackbar.10/10 - frisk lavet til bestilling.Børn elskede quesadillas!Middag - vi bookede italiensk til vores à la carte valg - super valg!Pizza var perfekt. Buffet var god, masser af søde friske salater, grillet kød osv. Børn satte højt pris på isen og plukket n blandet slik til dessert.Pooler - sted på, altid solsenge til rådighed.Vandslider var fantastiske - åbne 11am-6pm. Kan ikke kommentere børneklubben, da vi ikke brugte det på alle.Der blev afholdt to begivenheder under vores ophold, men disse påvirkede os ikke på alle.Det gjorde morgenmad lidt mere travlt et par morgener, men der var en masse pladser og vi spiste fint. "Returning guests having found the hotel ideal for our needs . Yes it’s very Spanish Oriented and yes it’s largely visited by the over 50 age group . (I don’t think that’s a bad mixture given you know what to expect at that age. ) I have yet to come across any miserable staff, Only friendly ones who I would imagine deal with the odd miserable guests. The Hotel has good size rooms that are clean and spacious . Location is perfectly situated on the border of Old Benidorm . So if you want to just relax or alternatively venture out to sample the sights and lights It’s an easy 10mins walk either way to be in the centre of bright light city or old town tapas . Hotel food is of a descent quality & varied with lovely fresh fish served daily. The Soup is not the best with room for improvement. At peak times the restaurant can be very noisy but there’s never any long wait times for anything , the staff do a tremendous job looking after the guests when the pressure is on so I will be returning.😄"

"I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city. During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark. I was truly impressed and very satisfied with my stay!"

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"The hotel is in a great location, and the food was really tasty. We enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the cleaning in the morning. The cleaning staff started quite early and were making a lot of noise, which unfortunately woke us up and made it difficult to get back to sleep. It would be great if cleaning could start a little later or if the noise could be kept down in the morning."
