Jeg ønsker ikke, at jeg vil leve med 1000 ældre professionelle på disse rejser på disse datoer, og jeg ønsker heller ikke min værste fjende. Check in collapsed Elevatorer kollapsede ( lad nogen forklare dem om pile op og ned ) Buffet kollapser ( dine regler for ikke at overholde hverken køer eller bord eller intet kollapser alt ) Kaffegården kollapser ( tre timer på et bord for en kop kaffe ) Sammenfattende at tage sig af 1000 ældre på én gang er uholdbart og for kunder, at vi ikke er fra Imsersus en bøn."

"Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!"

"Et godt værdifuldt hotel i et område, der er tæt nok på alt, hvad Benidorm har at tilbyde, men er langt nok ud af Hussle og bus til at sikre, at du får en god nats søvn. Svømmepoolen er ikke meget stor for antallet af gæsteværelser, men det er kun en ti minutters gang til stranden. Bedøven var en fremragende værdi på €8."

"Arrived and checked in with no problem the rooms are basic but adequate for our needs bare in mind this is a Budget appointment!! We had access to the pool every day with no fighting for sun beds we found it a little to far out for us as it's a good half hour walk fori to the old town and an hour to the New town. For us in our 60s Taxi back was around €14 got a little expensive by the end of the holiday. Hotel reception were very helpful in lots of ways € 200 deposit but was never actually taken off my card only if you break something or cause problems but thats the norm in lots of places now all in if you love laying in the sun all day either bat the pool or the gorgeous beech and a nice meal at night you've cracked it here !!!"

"Worst experience ever was in room on second floor. It was sewage smell fourteen nights nothing was done apart from cleanear with some spray disinfectant. This room should of been condemned it made us I'll headaches from the gas from the drain methane and amonia smelt of bad eggs complaints from day one. Was offered move just before holiday ended. The room was used for sleeping only at to have the doors open at all times it still stunk ruined holiday avoid at all cost .The head house keeper was no help at all and had a attitude. Some staff where apologetic. Will never ever use again. Went with jet two who where no help while abroad. But are now started to investigate say they was nothing they can do while I came back . Did complain in correct way bye the app after rep was not contactable had to use jet two app I was offered a voucher for ruined holiday which you get when leaving the plane it was a insult from jet to rep on phone who rang me to start investigation. I would avoid."

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

Magic Natura Resort
"On arrival day, one of the biggest frustrations was that we weren't able to access our lodge until 5pm. We arrived at around 10am, so it made for a very long day, especially with young children. After travelling, having to wait seven hours before getting into our accommodation wasn't ideal. When we finally got into our lodge, there was a strong smell coming from what seemed to be the sewers. To be fair to the staff, they responded quickly and did their best to rectify the issue, which we appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how little soundproofing there is between the lodges. You can hear pretty much everything from neighbouring accommodation. If you're travelling with small children or babies, this is definitely something to be aware of. Unfortunately, we had to call security at around 2am due to excessive noise from nearby guests. Security attended, but nothing was done to resolve the situation and the noise continued, keeping our children awake for much of the night. The food was average and very much what you would expect from a standard all-inclusive resort. There was plenty available, but we found the overall choice quite repetitive throughout our stay. The children's options were particularly disappointing, with limited variety and not many choices that would appeal to younger guests. The pool area was another disappointment. The space around the main pool isn't very large, and if you want a sunbed nearby, you need to queue early in the morning. Even then, families with younger children may struggle to get a spot close to the children's pool, which isn't ideal. On a more positive note, the zoo and water park are fantastic additions and were definitely highlights of our holiday. The children absolutely loved them, and they added great value to our stay. Overall, there are some good features, particularly the zoo and water park, and the staff were helpful when issues were raised. However, the late check-in time, lack of soundproofing, poor handling of late-night noise, limited pool space, and repetitive food options would make us think carefully before returning."

"Location was excellent- Hotel was spotless, Rooms were lovely: we had a family room which had two double beds- air con wasn't great (prob because we was on the top floor) but they sent an engineer straight away to check it and offered to change our room (we sorted in by leaving the air con on all evening) We were all inclusive and the food was amazing- so many options and probably the nicest AI food I have had. Lovely choice of wines and drinks- Sangria was lovely :-) . Pool area was relaxing- No issues with getting a bed and umbrella. All staff were lovely and friendly- Only 1 negative with the whole holiday was that the view around the pool wasnt great - BUT a 5 min walk to the beautiful beaches which made up for it"

"Wow! What a fabulous hotel. Arrived half 10 in the morning sat in the sunshine for an hour whilst they got our room ready. The hotel front bar is a fantastic sun trap, much so that other people come and drink there with great music playing in The background. Hubby and I like the buckets of corona to share 10 euros for five cold bottles with slice of lime lovely ! Next the food , probably the best food we have ever had in the whole of Benidorm and we have been here loads of times, the roast beef and yorkshires were amazing , salads lovely show cooking fab ! I don’t eat desserts but my hubby said they were great ! Lovely restaurant proper table clothes napkins adults only hotel so lovely and relaxing to dine . The best were the staff they could see one day I needed a knife I didnt even have to ask they gave me a knife and a napkin they were so attentive. My hubby and I said the staff were like a family so happy and respectful to us especially the lovely waiter Eyler , he knew I was trying to learn Spanish and he helped me by speaking in simple sentences in Spanish and telling me what they meant . He was so lovely and funny and very very pleasant . Room was spotless, beds comfy , great walk in rain shower very powerful, missing it already. We stayed in room 307 our maid was lovely she always waited for us to come out to clean, was never knocking the door cleaned every day , clean towels every day too . Food was so good we only ate out once an that was at the Indian restaurant Kathmandu which was very nice . Also watched greatest showman at the Philippines club underneath the Presidente hotel which is just around the corner. Saw the Beatles tribute at the palladium they were great ! Location of this hotel is great. Central to Morgan’s and the ambassador hotel. But don’t need to move really as they have their own wonderful relaxing entertainment club downstairs ,which in my opinion is better than anywhere else . Get waited on and watch act after act its a great room. Great atmosphere and great acts. So basically this hotel has everything . Plenty of live entertainment everywhere. We can’t wait to return to the riviera beach big shout to your fab staff at this great hotel missing you already !"

"The location is quite spectacular, offering fabulous ocean views and a huge expanse of varied coastline. The Villa Venecia Hotel has a relaxed but professional and efficient atmosphere. The staff, whether front of house or behind the scenes are very accommodating, friendly and polite. There is a very definite "can do" attitude, leaving you in no doubt that your enjoyment of time spent at the hotel (and in resort) is important to the team. The rooms are well designed with best use of space made using an effective ergonomic design. This allows for a well equipped bathroom in which you can shower whilst still able to appreciate a fantastic view of the ocean (without offering a fantastic view of yourself)! Great hotel with a wonderful, hardworking team of people doing their utmost to make your stay memorable for all the right reasons."

"Vi bookede Seaview Room med en privat Plunge Pool som behandling for vores 25-års bryllupsdag, og det var fantastisk 👍. Vi blev tildelt værelset på hjørnet, så der var en omslag omkring balkonen og vinduer, der oversigter hotellets side og foran.Værelset selv var enormt og spotlesst rent. Bedden og pølserne var virkelig behagelige, der er et køleskab, køleskab og en gratis kasse.Vi havde separate pool håndklæder og badeværelser til brug med dyppepoolen. Solloungerne på balkonen er geniale til køle og dykkerpoolen er stor til køle ned.Det er lidt luksus med fantastisk havudsigt. Vi bookede morgenmad, der var en buffet og tilbød et udvalg af valg, herunder Full English, Continental og en ægstation, jeg nydte især ostetoasts.Den eneste side er kaffen! Det er frygteligt 🫣 Vi spiste ud hver aften, så vi prøvede ikke aftenmåltider.Underholdningen er lav nøgle, men der var sangere i barområdet, der var okay.Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt ved receptionen og også i barområdet. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie, og ja, dette værelse er dyrt, men det er værd at betale hver eneste penning, og vi ville helt sikkert vende tilbage."
