The room was spacious and well-lit, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also pretty good. Both the front desk and room service staff were polite, attentive, and very responsive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, both the service and the facilities are definitely five-star quality. It's my top choice for travel, highly recommended!"

The room was also very quiet; unless someone was shouting in the hallway, you couldn't hear any noise from other rooms, which was a plus. I deducted one point for cleanliness because the waste bin in the sink wasn't clean, and there was used dental floss in the tissue box, which was unacceptable. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the price was reasonable. I just need to improve the cleanliness."
