"Very nice hotel, which I recommend especially if we take into account the price. On the plus side, nice design of the room, cleanliness, delicious varied breakfasts. On the minus side: we got a room from the street so there was noise from the street plus one day there was loud Jarake but it ended around 10 pm. Unfortunately, because of this we couldn't use the balcony (street noise). Additionally, there is no table or chairs on the balcony so there is no way to use it either. When checking out, it turned out that we had to pay extra for the espresso coffee that we took with breakfast. Nobody informed us that the coffee is additionally payable. It was not a large amount (25,000 VND for one coffee), but there should be clear information about what is additionally payable for breakfast and what is not. We didn't pay for the juice so I don't know if it was because it was a second drink or that it was Jarake from the machine - nobody explained it when I tried to find out when paying. There was another strange situation. The cleaning lady knocked at 7.30 to clean the room - this is the first time I have encountered something like this, that the cleaning service would come so early - we asked for them to come later and there was no problem. The shower was warm, but definitely not hot and the handle was damaged. Overall, I recommend, especially since the price is very attractive, but you have to take into account such trifles and if the hotel improves them, it will be 5/5"
