"We had a wonderful autumn holiday in Bemelen, Limburg. We'd already filled in all our details online and downloaded an app on our phone. This allowed us to drive straight into the park and open our cottage without having to report to reception first. There's nothing for the kids to do. They have an outdoor pool (which was closed at the time) and a small playground. No problem for our children; they had plenty of fun anyway, and we were out and about in the surrounding area. The cottage was spacious, clean, and tidy. It had all the amenities we needed; we didn't miss a thing. We had a lovely view of the cows grazing at a farm, so we were comfortably situated on the edge of the park, which was nice and quiet. You don't hear any traffic, the bedroom has good curtains that keep it dark, and the mattresses are comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The surrounding area is lovely, including Maastricht, Valkenburg, Belgium, the three-country point in Vaals, the caves, and more."

"An absolute nightmare stay! We booked via Airbnb through the host Belvilla, by a person called Daniela. It was so difficult to receive answers for our questions before arrival, the response was automated standard . Was not even possible to call, always receiving the message to call the hotel, even though she is the listed host on Airbnb. The most shocking was when she asked for extra payments which were not listed on the description. We complained to Airbnb but nevertheless the hotel blackmail us after the arrival by blocking the key to our accommodation. we had to pay additional more than 200 euros to have again access. Than we had problems with the heating, 2 times complained, both time they couldn't fix it. Imagine the comfort inside with negative temperatures outside and no heating. Maintenance was not a priority in the hotel By far away my worst holiday experience"
