"Very disappointing and misleading “pet-friendly” experience. We arrived expecting a pet-friendly stay, only to be told on the spot that there is only one designated room for guests with pets — and it was already occupied. This was never communicated in advance. On top of that, we were informed about an extra charge of €20 per night per dog. Despite this additional fee, the rules were extremely unreasonable: dogs were not allowed to eat or drink inside the apartment and had to do so outside the premises, and were expected to sleep in the bathtub. The host was also rude and unhelpful when we tried to clarify these points. Given these conditions, we decided not to stay and left immediately. This place should not be advertised as pet-friendly. I would strongly advise pet owners to avoid it."

"The beds are ok an the breakfast is nice. The location is good for both Venice and the Dolomites. Host does not speak any English, very unpractical. Kitchen gear not sufficient to cook a proper meal. Doorposts of bedrooms to low for people with a hight above 1.75. No safe place for the kids to play outside. Unstable WiFi connection. We can only recommend it for a few days without young kids."
