"We had a stopover at Belleville and the stay here is decent. The room is well appointed with in room amenities like coffee machines machine and everything needed for creature comforts. The bathroom was clean and something very important to us. The living area in the suite felt like it needs an upgrade, brighter lighting and a notched up cleaning. The bed room was great and had a nice window with a view adding to the day light for brightness. The reception and lobby is above average, and there’s welcome coffee/tea for anyone anytime. The gym is small. The swimming pool needs better cleanliness. The breakfast was decent. Staff as very courteous. Ample parking area with Tesla destination charger."

The room had dish soap and other items that we've found lacking at other suites. We'll now be looking for TownePlace Suites."

"The facility itself was fine. The issue we had was Bookings.com did not pass on the message of we wanted connecting rooms. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate, but we had to wait for them to prep a room, where as if the request had been passed the room would have been ready. Thus issue is with Bookings.com and not the hotel."
