"The front desk staff were very professional and friendly; we loved the cookies and bottles of water when we checked in! The room was pleasant and had everything we needed for our stay; although one of the shelves in the front hall closet was broken, we mentioned it on checkout and they seemed eager to fix it for the next guests. The bathroom was wonderful and spacious, with more closet space than we could ever use for a short stay, but appreciated! The kitchen, while compact, had everything we needed to make our dinner The hotel is right next to a casino if that matters to people... All in all, a very pleasant stay; if I am in the area again I'll definitely see if they have rooms available!"

The hotel was kind enough to accommodate, but we had to wait for them to prep a room, where as if the request had been passed the room would have been ready. Thus issue is with Bookings.com and not the hotel."
