"Based on the decor, this seems like an upscale hotel and it's even featured in Ctrip's selections, but the service was incredibly perfunctory. We arrived late at night and requested a quiet room, only to discover in the morning that our room was directly across from a construction site. We were woken up early by the noise and only got a room change after Ctrip intervened. Whenever we asked for something, the front desk staff would awkwardly say 'sorry, we don't have it.' This hotel has an astonishing number of rooms, yet they couldn't find a single one to switch us to, even though we were staying for three days! The breakfast was very uninspired, and the entire hotel entrance was under renovation, giving the whole place a cheap feel."

"The hotel is new and located in a newly developing area. Consequently, city-view rooms overlook construction sites and cranes. It's beautiful and clean. However, the service doesn't meet the standards of the St. Regis chain (we stay at different St. Regis hotels in various cities). There were no shaving kits, no turndown service, and no welcome amenities in the room. The bathroom lock was installed backward, making it impossible to lock from the inside, among other issues. Parking is also expensive at 50 euros, even for a motorcycle. On top of that, two motorcycles were parked in a single space."

The rooms are immaculate, the atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, and every corner of the hotel reflects the team’s commitment to excellence. Square Nine continues to be our absolute favorite — a true gem in Belgrade that feels like home, only better. We cannot wait to return!"

"Moderne værelser, funktionelle møbler og en relativt god beliggenhed. De eneste ulemper: Hotellet vises ikke korrekt på Google Maps, og det er ikke rigtigt synligt, selv direkte uden for bygningen. Det er noget skjult på tredje sal i bygningen. Desuden er vinduerne ikke særlig godt isolerede, og gardinerne er for korte, hvilket gør værelset meget lyst om morgenen. Rengøringen af værelset er meget minimal: kun skraldespanden tømmes, og håndklæder skiftes, men sengen redes eller støvsuges ikke."

Even though we had a room almost at street level, we couldn't hear any noise. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a large shower. Towels, slippers, and a bathrobe are provided. The breakfast is excellent, with a well-stocked buffet. The hotel has a free spa. The staff is friendly and helpful."

Also on the 3rd when I was there I was almost robbed by cleaning stuff, literlly caught a woman who was searching for money/goods in my bag. The smell in my bathroom was awefull and even vent won't help it. The shower was also broken."
