"My stay at Xenon Hotel was extremely unpleasant and far below any acceptable hospitality standard. The biggest issue by far is the staff, especially at the reception. The behavior was arrogant, cold, and controlling, with a forced, sour smile and a tone more suitable for talking to small children than to hotel guests. You are made to feel completely unimportant and unwelcome. The only exception are the cleaning staff, who do their job quietly and professionally. Another major problem is the excessive surveillance. The hotel is covered with cameras everywhere, above the room entrance doors, above the breakfast area, and around the pool area. The feeling of being constantly monitored is disturbing and eliminates any sense of privacy. It does not feel like a hotel, but like a controlled environment where every move is watched. The elevators are poorly organized and shared with residents of the building, who openly show irritation when the lift is occupied by hotel guests. This creates an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. Even the children noticed it and asked why people were behaving this way. It was the first time they felt unwelcome in a hotel, which says a lot. Breakfast is very poor. Food often runs out and is not replenished properly. The coffee machine is a small, slow household model, leading to constant waiting lines and frequent emptying. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, this place offers no sense of comfort, relaxation, or hospitality. Because of the staff’s attitude, the feeling of constant surveillance, poor organization, and weak breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

In the garden is a beautiful warm swimming pool and lovely comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Jeg tilbringer 3-nat på hotelmærket Overordnet var det en god oplevelse.Beliggenheden er god, den kan gå til den vigtigste shoppinggade, og der er masser af kaffe og restaurant og endda et supermarked omkring hjørnet, der åbner indtil midnat 12. Jeg fandt også en koreansk mini mart 5min gå væk op ad Tasmandas hovedgade. Tram og busstation er lige uden for hotellet. Hotelpersonalet er venligt og nyttigt, men jeg har ikke meget engagement med dem.Værelse var bare rart for mig, det var rent og alt jeg havde brug for, de havde det inde med en kapsel kaffemaskine. Morgenmaden var god, og de ændrer valget lidt hver dag, så jeg var ikke kede af at gå ned til morgenmad.For asiatiske rejsende som mig kan jeg finde en kinesisk restaurant og japansk restaurant omkring 200m-300m fra hotellet."
