"Som et nyåbnet stjernehotel blev indgangen mødt af en skærm fuld af spindelvæv. Støvet på natbordet og skrivebordet antydede, at værelset enten havde stået tomt i lang tid eller var et resultat af forsømmelse i rengøringen. Den vagthavende leder gik ovenpå for at koordinere, men den foreslåede løsning var utilfredsstillende. I hotellets lobby-loungeområde, et offentligt rum, måtte gæsterne ikke bruge det? Drikkevarer og frugt medbragt af gæster var ikke tilladt. Et godt eksempel på noget, der ser godt ud på ydersiden, men er råddent indeni? Trods gentagne påmindelser om, at dette var lobbyen, hvad er problemet? Bliver hotellets personale behandlet som kongelige? Ekstremt skuffende."

There's 24-hour hot water and central air conditioning in the room. The hotel offers free parking for guests, and the front desk staff are warm, polite, and friendly. Nearby beaches include Qiaogang Beach, and the old town's ancient streets are great for a long stroll."

"The hotel room facilities, hygiene, and service were all very satisfactory. The outdoor pool had many areas for children to play, and my kids didn't want to leave. The breakfast selection was rich, and the transportation was convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. We could walk to Silver Beach, and there were even rinse stations available after coming back from the beach – full of thoughtful details! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Traveling with kids, I care about two things above all: cleanliness and well-equipped facilities. This guesthouse nailed both. The family room is very spacious, and it's obvious the floors and bedding are meticulously maintained—I had no worries about letting the little one run around barefoot. The room comes with a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. The washing machine has a self-cleaning and drying function, so the clothes our kid stained or got wet were washed and dried on the same day, saving us from lugging a bunch of dirty clothes back home. There's a swimming pool in the courtyard, and the kids had a blast playing in the water. Coming back from the beach, there's even a dedicated foot-washing station in the yard, preventing us from tracking sand into the room. Silver Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, which saved us the hassle of waiting for rides with the kids. It offers much better value for money than we expected."
