"I had a really wonderful time in the great location of Beechworth.  From Beechworth I drove to other great points of interest namely Yackandandah and Bright. I walked along the Canyon Walk in Bright, followed along the Beechworth Gorge and the Woolshed Falls.  The Sambell Lake had a very good walking track around it. Both Beechworth and Yackandandah had great shops and eateries. The Armour Motor Inn was very central for my 3 day stay and the host was very helpful."

Belmont var det perfekte sted at hvile sig og komme sig efter en stor pub måltid på Tanswells Hotel, pizza og nogle håndværk øl på Bridge Road Brewers, og fremhævelsen af weekenden - smagsmiddagen på Provenance Restaurant. "This is a very comfortable hotel situated in beautiful parkland. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the shower with its large diameter shower head that makes for a good shower. What spoilt my stay was the occupants in the room next to mine returned late at night and had their TV at such a loud volume that it was like being in a cinema. The walls between the rooms have no sound proofing."
