"The b&b benefits from an amazing location and more space than anyone could ever expect in a room. The rates are favourable for the size of the rooms and breakfast cooked to order. Slightly hesitant to leave adverse feedback, the hosts take things personally, but these are for info/ ideas... The bathroom was weird, bigger than a b&b room on its own. Investment in a decent shower cubicle at floor level and reliable control system would help. The freestanding bath was great, let down by the pre installed towel to catch the drips from the mixer tap. Breakfast food was good, let down by the oddness caused because guests had not taken their prescribed seats. Just make some room labels as name plates. If there's friction in your service because the customer doesn't get it, do something to change. A sign in the bathroom about makeup dirtying towels is not the solution. A better laundry detergent is. This place has potential with small tweaks to the customer experience."

"We LOVE it here. The South Down shepherd’s hut is perfect for our family of 4. The hut is cleverly designed to have everything you need in a stylish, efficient and usable way. The site provides everything you need inside and outside of the hut. The location is gorgeous, our two little ones LOVED being on the farm. Not many places give you the chance to go see pigs and collect fresh eggs when you wake up. The field provides a secure place for the children to freely explore and play. A true gem of a place that provides a calm and wholesome stay. We cannot wait to come back."
