I have lung issues and I can’t we all up the stairs and when I told them I would need another room I was told that I would have to rebook the room and I would not get a refund for a room that was never used also the owner was made aware of the situation and he was only concerned about the money and I asked to speak with him and he wouldn’t talk to me. Disgusting behavior from a man who is supposed to be in the hospitality business! I don’t even want to begin to speak about the condition of the rooms and how they have stains on their pull out sofa and just overall disgusting. Save yourself the hassle of getting in a situation where you don’t want to be treated like your best interest is not a priority! I would recommend that you run not walk away from this helltel and just keep going."
