"Det er et meget smukt hotel i århundredets stil, så der venter ikke moderne værelser, det hænger overalt  Maleri, hvilket understreger hotellets charme . Desværre er badeområdet låst og meget lille, ikke nødvendigvis egnet til virkelige svømmere. Der er kun en trappe til at gå til søen til at svømme. Priserne på hotelbaren er ikke noget for den normale pengepose og også uden for hotellet i restauranter især ved vandet prisen er ikke rigtigt overhovedet, jeg ville endda gå så vidt det er lidt med kantiner lignende.... En smuk ferie til alle 🙋🏽♂️"

"Min planlagte reservation var på et fantastisk hotel i Lugano, men engang gik jeg der indså jeg, at det var på baveno 😅, så jeg tog en taxa til 350 euro for at gå der.Forreste skrivebord opgraderede mine værelser til at se søen for 80 euro/nat. Gymnasiet er for 12 euro /person, morgenmad er omkring gennemsnittet intet særligt.Forreste skrivebordet er dejlige mennesker, men de lægger en ekstra servicegebyr for det (valgfrit).Udsigten fra balkonen var smuk."

"We spent two nights at the BR and had an excellent stay. The hotel is close to the center and a short walk to the point where boats depart to the islands. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly (a pleasure to interact with them all!). The room is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well furnished with a perfect en-suite bathroom. It has a small balcony with a view over the lake; beautiful! Restaurant is good. The food is simple yet tasty. Breakfast is varied, plenty and excellent! There are lots of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. Good WiFi. Secure free car park is provided; again a great plus. Overall, EXCELLENT. We will definitely be back!"

"Beware: Misleading Information! There is NO SWIMMING POOL and no private beach at this property. On their website (and on booking platforms), the hotel is presented as having both, which is completely misleading. • The so-called swimming pool is actually a waterpark located 2 km away. • The “beach” is a public beach across a very busy road, about a 5-minute walk. We specifically chose this hotel because we thought it offered a pool, so we felt completely deceived by these marketing tactics. Rooms: We stayed on the 6th floor (room 610), which appears to be part of a newer section. Everything in the room was new and in good condition. Staff & Service: The staff was friendly. However, at checkout, they added a 5% “tip” to the bill. They do say you can reduce or remove it, but this practice feels unacceptable—especially since this isn’t a full-service hotel (no daily cleaning, no breakfast, and very limited interactions with staff). Parking: Parking costs €16.50 per day, but you can easily find free parking outside if you don’t mind a short walk. Overall: We were disappointed and felt misled by the false advertising. Unless they change their communication to be transparent, I cannot recommend this place."
