Then, a hotel employee told us to give him 200 Lari, and he would arrange an early check-in. We pointed out that there were only two hours left until the official check-in time, and he replied that there was no guarantee we would even be checked in by 4 PM. In the end, we agreed to give him 100 Lari, and he promised to upgrade us to a premium room. He didn't put the money in the till. We did get an early check-in, but definitely not a premium room. Let me tell you this: they deliberately make things difficult for you so you'll pay extra."

The hotel service was warm and attentive throughout, from the pre-arranged airport pick-up to the drop-off, everything was arranged perfectly and hassle-free. I didn't have to worry about transportation, making my trip incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"The photo shows the view from the window - and this is the main advantage of this hotel, it is in the very center!!! The room had everything you need, it is clean, a balcony in the French style. All bathroom accessories were available, we asked for an iron, they gave it with dirt, I did not see it, I ruined the thing, this was the only unpleasant moment. For breakfast we went to the city, but there is also a hotel on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the city and the embankment. In a word, I recommend 👍"

"This hotel is absolutely terrible. It feels like everyone here is dead. We asked for our room to be cleaned for two days, and no one came. When you walk into the restaurant, you feel like you're in the USSR, with the design. It's impossible to order food, because even after asking for the regular chicken soup that's on the menu, it wasn't available. In the end, they brought us some stinking rice and a tiny bit of chicken, as if the food was made for the staff. The pool smells like dead fish; they've never even heard of chlorine there. I recommend avoiding this room; it will ruin your vacation."

The shower stall leaked a lot, the toilet clogged several times (but this was quickly resolved). In the restaurant, the tablecloths, when you come for breakfast, are often dirty from previous guests. It would be more convenient if the table was without a tablecloth and could be wiped"
