"The hotel was really great. It was very clean, The room have iron,hairdryer, TV, an electric kettle, and plenty of coffee and tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem the two days we were there the lift didn’t work , but we are Lucky our room was in first floor It was close to touristic area of bath and the train station was about a 15 minute walk away. and they have buffet English breakfast I definitely recommend"

Desuden er dette værelse på øverste gulv, og nær opbevaringsrum er ikke den gode idé for kunden, især ikke tidligt om morgenen. Problemet er, at værelset altid har en forfærdelig støj, som gør mig forfærdelig og ikke kan sove godt, når jeg er på værelset.Jeg har bedt om værelset, der væk fra elevatorer og god udsigt før booking, men ikke får noget overhovedet."

The hotel is very quirky and our room was very well furnished with a huge bed, feather pillows, Nespresso and even a Dyson hairdryer set up at a dressing table. Breakfast was in a beautiful room in the basement with a good choice for breakfast."

"This hotel is so lovely, we wanted some peace and relaxation and it couldn’t have been more perfect, the spa area is gorgeous really relaxing, the hotel room was gorgeous very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, it was my husbands birthday and there was some lovely truffles and card in room. The grounds are beautiful, only thing I would say was the breakfast was really expensive more than our evening meal £30 which is really expensive I think. But all in all lovely ☺️"

"The apartment is lovely, but it was noisy, hot (no fans either!) and the beds were like concrete! It was clean and tidy for the most part but the towels smelled of damp washing so we went out and got our own. I wouldn't recommend it - spend a bit more and go closer into town."

Heater issues, for restaurant we ordered drink and they cancelled it without any notice or anything, and flush not working in room no 5 and we been for one day and we can’t waste our time on this stupid issues where hotel got fully booked, and also taxi issues for this location which should’ve mentioned before about their road issues! I would like to request atleast half refund! All the furniture is in terrible condition which makes noise even u move abit! Very bad experience for this high price that too very outside the city! I request with some refund or next hotel booking free! Thanks again, atleast staff were friendly but not the restaurant staff, not enough cutlery provided for what they provided! And she literally wrote the drink and missed it without notice! Terrible experience!"
