"Så snart vi ankom, blev vi varmt velkommen af vagten, som straks underrettede fronten om vores ankomst. Han rettede os klart til receptionsområdet og mindede os om at være forsigtige, mens vi gik ned ad den lange trappe, meget effektiv og venlig service. De ansatte på forsiden var professionelle og høflige.De tilbød endda at forlænge vores check-out til 2 PM, så vi bedre kunne nyde vores ophold, især da vi ankom omkring 6 PM. Vi sætter virkelig pris på denne tankefulde gestus, da vi fejrede min fødselsdag. Maden var fremragende.Lechon kawali var en stand, perfekt krydret og saftig.Halaansuppen smagte behagelig og hjemme, og fiskfilet var krydret ude, mens tender og smagfuld inde.Sandwichen var også god. Udsigten er helt fantastisk, med en fantastisk solskin.Vores værelse var rummeligt og endda havde balkon, som vi elskede. Den eneste side var poolen, som er ret lille og kan blive fyldt, hvis alle beslutter sig for at svømme.Vandtrykket i badeværelset i vores værelse er svagt, vi havde en hård tid at duske og tørre toilettet. Desuden var personalet i vandaktivitetsområdet ikke meget behageligt.Selv om kajak- og snorkeludstyr er komplimentære, så de ikke til at hjælpe os. Vi bemærkede, at de var mere opmærksomme på udenlandske gæster, og vi håber, at personalet kan yde lige tjenester til alle gæster i fremtiden. Generelt var det et smukt ophold med kun få områder til forbedring."

"Been here several times already and Canyon Cove is always our first go to place to stay in Nasubu. Pros: - Spacious Rooms (We stayed in a One Bedroom Family Suite this time instead of 2 Twin Rooms. It was a much better experience since we were all in the same room. Loving and Dining Areas made it more comfortable to relax and eat. - Pool area still enjoyable even with a fully booked place crowd since the pools were big - Beach is still clean and well maintained. - Coast guards are always aware of the surroundings, you will feel safe even at the beach. - Staffs are very friendly and accommodatibg as always. - Additional food stalls were added near the pool area (a bit pricey) - 3PM-5PM Pool Bar Happy Hour at Php180 (Haven't tried it though cause we read it too late on our first night and completely forgot about it the second night since we were all exhausted at the pool and beach, didn't notice the time) Cons: - Smoking in the pool area, still a concern for me. PLEASE ASSIGN A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA AWAY FROM AREAS WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY KIDS. - Outside food not allowed in rooms but Fruits are allowed. (not sure with Chips and snacks though)"

"Great Location. Very nice for snorkeling. Casa Isabella room was very nice. The resort tries to be a luxury botique resort. However from a luxury botique resort, it was a let down in following ways: 1) While the room was really nice, the bathroom was smelling and the flush was not working half the time. 2) The resort claims full board. However when ordering appetizers etc they want to charge separate. While paying for it is not a problem, it felt unpleasant for the staff to keep reminding us on what will be charged and keep a count on the meal. 3) Traveling internationally, we forgot to get local currency. While they loaned some currency for local park fees, they refused give currency to tip the boating staff. Again not a pleasant experience. 4) Being first time in Philipines, the crowded airport and crazy crowd and traffic right outside the arrival gate was overwhelming. The driver left us waiting for 20mins amidst this while he went somewhere far to pick his car. The resort has great potential but seems it stuck half way in creating a nice pleasant experience for international guests or anyone seeking smooth pleasant luxury stay."

"1N2D Stay for Couple - July 2025 Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us."

"Bad experience. We booked lake view room but toilet flush not working reported afternoon after we arrived in the room. My son slipped because of the AC leak we didnt notice. The floor got wet and his head got banged in the floor, reported it but the guy and girl on the reception has no empathy. They didnt even offer ice or medic. When we decide to go out aircon tech comes but we cannot leave the rooom!!! Its already 9pm and we havent got to eat dinner! They switch our room but the moni ref is not working! They didnt give us water so we decided to go out and buy water at 7elven! Until now no resolution regarding our complain! Worst experience!"

Og morgenmad... enkel, men meget godt forberedt og kogt...kudos til køkkenet gutter godt lavet gutter!Sidst men ikke mindst personalet, fra check in til checkout var de alle meget behagelige og meget let at komme til. Klar til at hjælpe, når du ringer ud og med smil i deres ansigter.Jeg må også nævne sikkerheden i resorten - den er forsynet med 24-timers sikkerhed, så ingen udenforstående kan komme ind i dig mindre vagterne åbne porten. Jeg har fået tilføjet bonus, da jeg er meget bevidst om sikkerheden for min familie, da vi alle nyder og sover ordentligt om natten.Jeg anbefaler Coral Beach Club til par og familier - meget værd hver eneste penning! Min familie og jeg planlægger allerede at blive og komme tilbage i sommer, og jeg er sikker på, at vi vil få en eksplosion igen! Tak Coral Beach Club team for at gøre vores ophold mindeværdigt og meget behageligt (selv om det var tyfon sæson den cou ntry - det stoppede ikke mig og min familie fra at have masser af sjov i din resort!)"
