"This was hands down the worst motel I've ever experienced in my life—absolutely revolting! Upon arrival, I was shown three different rooms, all of which reeked of a foul odor and were disgustingly dirty. The showers were covered in mud and brown stains, the rooms had bugs (both dead and alive) crawling around, spider webs in the corners, stained bedsheets, and even the towels had someone else's hair on them. Traveling with my family, including my 10-year-old child, I immediately knew we couldn’t stay in such unsanitary and unsafe conditions. When I explained this and requested a refund, the staff refused—leaving me no choice but to walk out and book a proper hotel elsewhere. Do not waste your money or risk your health here!"

"Extremely Friendly hosts that really want to help but place is not suitable to stay without major renovation. New owners may have just acquired (previously it may have been knights inn. There is a musky odour the room due to too much humidity trapped which running AC cannot cure. The carpet is terrible but beds are fine. No real ventilation. It is cheap to stay and we were unfortunately duped by hotwire as well rated. Actually my disappointment is with hotwire. They used to be good. I think they deserve one star and I will never consider them again (I mean hotwire). I think if Night Lodge does renovate and remove the unbearable humidity and create more ventilation I would consider them again for the helpfulness of the hosts."
