"The hotel's location is super convenient for shopping and dining. The service was excellent; they even called us in advance and gave us a free room upgrade! When we arrived, the security guard helped us park, and he even moved our car for us when we checked out. My husband and I were really touched by their thoughtfulness. The room itself was fully equipped and very smart. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything was delicious. It was a truly satisfying stay."

"I came from Li County to Ma'erkang. The owner was a really nice guy. I asked him to pick up a few packages for me beforehand and he readily agreed. The whole guesthouse was very cozy and beautiful. There was a Xisuo folk house right across the street, which you can walk around. We also had yak hotpot for dinner at the guesthouse's Taibai Building. The ingredients were very generous and it was super delicious!"
