"Tak for Deres forståelse og empati Jeg havde en ulykke (atrofælde) torsdag den 26. marts, hvor jeg led en tibia- og perenefraktur, der blev opereret den 2. april. Jeg havde en reservation med Dem fra 4. til 6. april, som jeg ikke kunne deltage på grund af min helbredstilstand. Vi anmodede om annullering og tilbagebetaling, da jeg ikke kunne rejse under disse betingelser. Vi er meget taknemmelige for, at De har forstået situationen og indvilliget i at komme med tilbage, og vi er meget taknemmelige og håber, at vi kan besøge dem i fremtiden."

"One of the managers of the hotel (Gabriel) told us that the tap water was perfectly fine to drink. We then got violently ill from said water, keeping us bed ridden for 3 days. When confronted about it, he and the hotel refused to take any responsibility, or even apologize for what he caused. Additionally, the jets in our rooms jacuzzi were broken, and there was constant construction going on DIRECTLY outside our window. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, or airbnb, and it essentially ruined most of our trip. Please don’t stay here, we were poisoned and treated very poorly after the fact."
