"They have bedbugs/perceives/ some kind of bitch in room 6. I was shot many times during the first night of my stay. I wasn't staying for the second. The facilities themselves are not bad but this infestation makes the stay impossible. I warned the hotel but they deny there are bitches, so they will probably continue to exist because they will not clean the kind of infestation."

"We felt so welcomed by Delfim, Carlos, and staff. The rooms are all slightly different and beautifully appointed. Bright, beautiful, and clean with delightful gardens, terraces, and court yards to explore. The view to the Valley and the gorgeous old rail bridge made a homesick heart more grateful. The gardens are stunning with an incredible view of the valley. The food was rustic and generous, thanks to Delfim's mother. I wish we had stayed a week. Two days was not long enough. "

"Så snart du kommer ind i de dobbelte døre, du mødes af en varm og venlig medarbejder.Mit værelse (Santiago) var en glæde at blive i med en stor komfortabel dobbeltseng og en enkelt seng, meget god bruser med toilettet adskilt fra det, Ingen tv. morgenmad er sat i et rum, hvor de plejede at gøre vinpresset, der stadig er tilbage, og så meget imponerende.gode størrelse haver, der var store til at slappe af i og med denne ejendom lige på vejen og en café og et par restauranter en kort gåtur Det har meget at gøre med det, og en jeg ikke tøver med at anbefale."

"We had all-you-can-eat fruit for breakfast, and the fact that there was a bathtub was great for me to take a bath while walking along the Camino! The service was also very good. I asked the waiter where I could buy food. After all, it was New Year's Eve, and the shops were closed. So the waiter explained in detail where there were vending machines where I could buy food. It was so detailed that I didn't even need my phone to find it."

"Casa de Santa Comba is absolutely lush. The staff are very relaxed and flexible, having to arrive late was no problem, and they were very accommodating of us at breakfast as were vegetarian and there aren’t many vegetarians in Portugal! They were also very accommodating when we requested a fridge for our wine. The building and surrounding estate is beautiful, with lots of animals around – geese, horses, dogs, swallows, fish in the ponds – and lots of lemon trees bursting with fruit and beautiful flower bushes everywhere. A dreamy place, would love to stay here again. Will miss the bright morning song of the canary in their office which you can hear from the breakfast room!"
