"This is my second stay. The first time was booked offline; the housekeeper entered the room around 9 AM without knocking, which was very unreasonable. After explaining the situation to the front desk, the manager called several times but couldn't clarify the issue and the matter was left unresolved. This time, I booked online, and the room didn't have any mold or odor issues, but there were cracks in the corners, and the windows and walls were dusty. This hotel represents the image of Baoding, and the service and environment are terrible."

Den kinesiske restaurant på anden sal var ødelagt, og temperaturen inde var ubehagelig varm, så vi havde middag på nærliggende Wanda Plaza. 5-star var den opmærksomme og effektive støtte fra den forreste skrivebordsleder Miss Ciu Tianmei.Hun lettede vores besøg i Mary Moder of Gods kirke i Donglü, beliggende i en fjernby 40 km uden for Baoding. Uden hende ville vi have store vanskeligheder med at gøre dette besøg.Desuden takker vi miss Ciu Tianmei for at finde en løsning til at holde vores medicin kølige, da der ikke er køleskab i rummet."

"Stayed for one night and woke up with a lot of small bites on my arms and some on my body. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but after two days, they got worse instead of better. Now they look like this. I asked a doctor, and they said it's likely insect bite dermatitis, which is hard to treat. If it doesn't get better in a couple more days, I'll report it to the Consumer Association and the industry and commerce department."
