"This is a two-star hotel with poor service. They don't give you water unless you ask. You have to carry your luggage yourself. Strange black children freely come and jump in the pool. Transportation is offered at a 100% markup. The breakfast is terrible for 34 euros; they barely give you two eggs. You can't even get a second cappuccino. The entire hotel management got together to make a scene about my bill. A disgusting experience."

"One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Perfect from the moment of check-in, with an excellent attentive service by the owner. My room was impeccable, and just perfect for a summer get-away. The hotel is located 5 min to the beach, with a beautiful view onto the bay of Plage de Renécros, and 10 min max from the market place. Totally recommended!"

Splendid Hôtel & Spa

"We recently spent 6 days at the Splendid Hotel and the experience was…..Splendid. We stayed in room #5, Granite, which includes a large terrace that overlooked the beach and surrounding bay attached to the room. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and the terrace made the overall experience….well, splendid. The hotel is very wall appointed and it is full of thoughtful amenities (indoor pool, spa, sauna, etc.). The relatively small size means that the amenities and public areas are usually available for you. We mostly just relaxed; walking around Bandol and the local beaches. Each day started with coffee and breakfast in the lovely club room on the terrace overlooking the bay and ended on another terrace with a bottle of local rose and snacks from the kitchen. This was one of the more relaxing and enjoyable vacations that we have experienced. Jerome and all of the staff helped you feel welcome and they were always available to assist you with any request. We are looking forward to another trip to the hotel next year."

Key Largo

"We spent a total of five days at the Key Largo, two in a smaller room and three in a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the Island of Bendor. It was nothing short of magical.The staff were super helpful and cheerful all of the time. The rooms were bright and cheerful and equipped well. The beds were very comfortable too. I cannot find any fault with the place. Simply superb. We will certainly return. I rarely say this on reviews but it was simply perfect in a superb location"

"The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. It is a bad thing because it is a perfect location. From the first night the neighbor insists at the door and wants to take his head. I think that having rentals next to him poses a problem."
