"Our group booked this for a birthday surprise, we had a VIP room to ourselves. The staff were excellent and very efficient at our welcome. I had 2 treatments with a girl called Laura, who was excellent and made me feel so relaxed. Afternoon tea in the cafe was fabulous, the staff there could not have been more helpful. We had left decorations and they were all set up for our tea. I have never been for a spa or treatments before and I was extremely well impressed. We as a group have decided to book again as we all thoroughly enjoyed our day. Thank you all for making us so welcome."
