"Enjoyed everything about our stay at Argyle House. Rooms were comfy and spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the owner was especially friendly and welcoming. There was even complimentary local whisky in the room! It’s in a great location across the road from a free car park and with beautiful hills and scenery all around. Great place to stay!"

"It's simply horrible. It's a huge rip-off and should be avoided. We paid 276€ for a room not worth 60€. The room is very dirty, there are traces of paint everywhere nothing is straight. It looks like the room has been renovated by a homeless person who had the budget of a macdo menu to renovate the room. The photos are fake, you'd be better off buying a tent than sleeping here. The cups and spoons for tea are not washed lamps no longer work. The furniture is filthy and full of dust. On top of that we had the kitchen ventilation right next to our window, which doesn't close. It's complete rubbish, we're so over it, I strongly advise against it for this price, it's unbelievable. RUN AWAY !!!"
