"Nice place to have few days in Balchik, close to Botanical Garden and Castle. A little to far from Balchik centre and beach. Room was small but cosy and clean enough. What we didn’t like was the strange smell inside when you enter the room - like sime chemicals. Breakfast is ok, same food or with very small variatios. Not very friendly with vegans. Coffee is not drinkable …"

"We have stayed at Lighthouse Resort & Spa three times already, and every single visit has been wonderful. It has become one of our favorite family getaways, especially because it is so close to Constanța and perfect for traveling with young children. The rooms are very spacious, with large comfortable beds where two adults and two small children can sleep very well. This is something we truly appreciate as parents of a 3 and 6-year-old. We usually visit during the off-season, and the indoor mineral pool is absolutely amazing. It is heated, very relaxing, and the children could happily spend the entire day there. The spa area is also lovely, with saunas, jacuzzis, and relaxation areas. Even though the spa is not always completely quiet, our children were still able to rest there when needed. The food deserves special praise. During quieter weekdays, when the hotel was less crowded, we were served à la carte as part of the all-inclusive package and could order anything we wanted from the menu. During busier periods, the buffet was huge, varied, and very well organized. Even when the hotel was full, it never felt overwhelmingly crowded like in many other resorts. The staff has always been kind, welcoming, and professional. One of the things we love most is the view over the golf course and the beautiful green landscape. During the off-season, there are fewer golfers, so we enjoyed peaceful walks around the golf paths and open spaces. The scenery is simply beautiful and very relaxing. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the children’s play area and the Caravana Youth Center. The kids still enjoyed it very much, but some toys seemed mixed together, not very organized, and a few were worn or damaged. Having a dedicated staff member there to supervise activities and interact with the children would make a huge difference and add even more value for families. Overall, we absolutely love this hotel and will definitely keep coming back. Happy children, relaxed parents, excellent all-inclusive experience — exactly what a family vacation should be. "The room was beautiful and spacious. If you want to park your car there, you have to be a little lucky because sometimes the parking lot is full. The beach closest to the hotel is quite small, so I recommend getting up early to get a spot without spending money on a sunbed."
