"Back to this exceptional hotel, we found again its main strengths: Excellent breakfast and dinner, nice and large SPA, great location with the lake view. Very nice suite (217) with a great jacuzzi and private sauna. Rooms perfectly cleaned by the mostly Asian staff, except for some ants, which were not removed despite our comment on the first day. Unfortunately, most of our suggestions from last year have still not been improved: No welcome drink upon arrival No loyalty recognition No personal welcome sign in the room (only a very small cookie) No French-speaking TV channel No visible presence of the Hotel Manager Dining room lighting still too cold and bright — dimmers and/or candles (real or fake) would create a much warmer atmosphere Bathroom slippers either too large or too small"

"The hotel is great and located in a very scenic spot on Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well furnished. Housekeeping is done daily, although we did have a few issues with it. If you’re traveling by car, keep in mind that parking is paid. We weren’t informed about this at the front desk, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. In my opinion, a hotel of this level should offer complimentary parking."

"Værelset er også godt, lidt langt fra søen, 20 minutters gang, og en mand går tilbage og er lidt bange. Jeg var meget tilfreds med det værelse, efter at jeg boede i nat. Så det første hus blev en nat, og det blev en succes på Trip.com. Men hotellejeren sagde, at der var nogen, der havde bestilt det værelse. Jeg må skifte værelse, da vi flytter til nærheden. Jeg er ikke villig til at gøre noget. Det er en halv lille balkon. Blomster er dårligt. - Vinduet er ikke lyst. Da jeg gik ud, bad min tjenestemand om at betale 1480 Ford City skatter og accepterede kontanter, gav jeg hende 5000 Ford, og efter jeg gik ud, fandt jeg det, og jeg fandt det, og jeg fandt det tilbage til mig 3020 Ford, minus 500 Ford, ville jeg have taget en lille gebyr på denne måde?"

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here .
