"Facilities: The hotel has no actual hot springs, only pools without water. This contradicts the hotel's theme. The ironing machine was rusty, leaving rust residue on clothes after ironing. Hygiene: Surface cleanliness was fine, but the details were problematic. Cups were dusty, with fingerprints and lipstick marks. Environment: The environment was acceptable, and the scenery was nice. Service: The front desk staff didn't look up when speaking to you. The housekeeping staff knocked on your door in the morning, and if you didn't answer, they would open the door and enter. The pool lifeguards were constantly on their phones and didn't watch the pool. Overall, this is the worst international chain hotel I've ever stayed in. Both lobby management and room service were the worst, even worse than some of the Huazhu Group's chain hotels. In particular, when I complained about the hotel's service, the management staff would laugh and tell me they were all trained and professional. I just want to say, that's a valid reason for professionalism."

"The cleanliness of this hotel was appalling. The floor under the sink was greasy and stained in places. The chairs and sofas were old and yellowed. The lobby on the first floor was quite grand and spacious, but I never expected a room costing 159 yuan to be this bad. Besides, there were no disposable slippers in the room, no toilet seat cover, and the air conditioner was incredibly loud. It was impossible to sleep at night; the buzzing sound was much louder than a normal air conditioner! Summers in Baise are hot, and I couldn't sleep without it on, but the noise was unbearable!"

"Haokun Lake was an uncertain trip, but it yielded the most certain surprises 😊 Qingshan Wein was indeed the best homestay I stayed at during this trip. From the environment, accommodation quality, and food quality, everything was done with great care. The service attitude was superb, and the service quality was very high, making my Guangxi self-driving tour end with an exclamation mark! A small reminder: the staircase in the room may pose a slight risk for first-time guests."

The toilet seat slams down with a bang since it lacks a soft-close mechanism, which was a bit startling. Also, you need to be mindful of mosquitoes. Overall, it's just passable, but at least it offers good value for money."
