"Worst experience. The rooms are definitely not worth the price. The breakfast spread was very limited and disappointing. There was no proper manager available to attend to guests at the reception. Someone introduced himself as the MD, which was quite surprising. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts, both in India and internationally, and I've never seen an MD handling guest complaints at the reception instead of a professional manager. The pub concept is another disappointment. The prices are extremely high, and honestly, people travel to Coorg to enjoy nature and relax—not to spend money at an overpriced pub. The resort should focus more on improving guest experience rather than unnecessary attractions. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place considering the price and the quality of service."

"Hvis du er i Kushalnagar enten for at besøge Bylakuppe eller på vej til Coorg - dette sted kan være et godt sted for en nat ophold.Værelset har ikke mere end et toilet, rene senge og en AC. Forvent ikke luksus og bør ikke bruges til noget mere end en pit stop for natten.Bedøvelse: Det er ikke en buffet - du forventes at gå til deres restaurant og bestille ting fra deres meget begrænsede morgenmadsmenu."

"Great place for Business stays. Clean, friendly staff. Pool was amazing. Not for Families or driends expecting coorg between the woods experience. Our biggest let down was the continental breakfast. It had only Idly, bonda, samber chutney, eggs, coffee and water melon juice. No Muffins, doughnuts, sausages, croissants, no nonveg at all except eggs."
