"Staying in this hotel was absolutely the pinnacle of our 2 weeks in Italy. I cannot even put into words how FABULOUS this place is - it's a hidden treasure and I firmly believe everyone should get to stay here once in their lives. Cristina and Paulo are such interesting hosts and both immediately felt more like friends than business owners. The bedroom was incredible, breakfast made us feel like a king and queen and the decor is BEYOND amazing. And the very best bit is the 2 dogs, Olivia and Ortensia who were VERY attentive at breakfast, and then happy to sit/lie back and allow us to stroke them for as long as we wanted to! The garden is beautiful, views to die for and we will be returning to Italy if only to stay here for longer - sadly we had only 1 night, a big regret. Civita itself is a fascinating place, almost unworldly and feels like a step back in time."

"Vi tilbragte en nat her. Ejeren var meget venlig, både telefonisk og personligt. Vi var i papaverværelset, det var ikke enormt, men vi var meget godt ( 2 voksne + 2 børn). Fruen efterlod alt klar til morgenmad, med mulighed for at tage fra yoghurt køleskab, vand, saft: der var valg for alle. Kaffe fra maskinen eller moka, efter kundens valg. Enkelt og hyggeligt sted. Der er ingen elevator, vores værelse havde bidet. Bilen kan tages foran indgangen til last og losse bagage. behageligt at besøge Civita, vi gjorde bussen gå og gå tilbage."
