"We were very relaxed to celebrate my husband's birthday and booked a spa-welness room for it. During our two-day stay, everything seemed to be okay first and we had no reason to challenge. But the bad wake came only after our return to home. We both got a strong jucking rash on the whole body. Now there is a suspected presence that the water quality of the whirlpool was not in order. Probably the water was evaporated and was not changed or sufficiently treated during our stay. Very disappointing, since a wellness stay should actually serve to recover – instead we had health problems. We would like to warn other guests explicitly and ask you to be particularly careful here so that no one else would be able to do so."

"We loved our stay here. Quaint little hotel very close to Rothenburg in the beautiful town of Bad Windsheim. The owners/managers were absolutely delightful and so very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Close to restaurants with free street parking out front. We also had a delicious buffet style breakfast included. We would definitely stay here again!"
