"Beautiful location and lovely views. Nice , natural smells by infusions in the sauna area. Good, hot Aufgüsse provided by a professional Bader master. Tasty and affordable food in the restaurant. Fast service. I really liked the salt infusion room and back heated seats. What I didn't like: people smoking everywhere outside: there was no designated smoking area. So, you jus relaxing after a sauna ceremony, and someone, just next to you smoking. Terrible. Also there is no indoor pool in the sauna area, only 1 outdoor. The water was not ready warm to enjoy it. It may be alright in the summer, but on the windy rainy cold day it's not nice. There are plenty of mineral water pools in the Aquapark area, but you need to wear a sweming sweet and area is very crowded. "

"Absolutely abysmal experience with this hotel. I never had a situation like this before. When we arrived the windows were wide open, 7 degrees outside and the heating was not working at all. Needless to say we could not stay over the night. We understood that our room was not the only one in the hotel with this issue but because the hotel was booked we were not given another room. We tried contacting the property and kept receiving the same answer that somebody will come. Three hours later nobody came, and we were forced to find another place to stay. We are now 1 month away from this situation, the hotel is ignoring our messages and the only reply we get over the phone is that the situation will be solved. You can draw your own conclusions but from my point of view this hotel shouldn't be allowed to receive guests. If you do make a reservation here in the cold season, bring a heater with you just in case. I would rate this hotel zero stars if it would be possible."
