"We travelled as a group (with friends) and were unfortunately disappointed with the service at this 4-star hotel. The reception (arrival around 5:00 PM): The welcome at reception was anything but warm. We were immediately accused of not checking in online. The problem: Unlike our friends, we hadn't received any notification or email beforehand! Instead of a friendly welcome, we were handed all-inclusive wristbands, room keys, and the evening menu with the words, "Here are all the documents for you." We were then expected to fill out and hand in the menu immediately. To top it all off, we were told, "You can read the rest yourself." A truly "great" welcome for a hotel in this price range! The incident on the second day (coffee and cake at the thermal baths): While the hotel is directly connected to the thermal baths via a covered walkway, communication regarding the rules is inadequate. Having to get the included afternoon coffee and cake ourselves in a 4-star hotel (self-service) was already a bit odd. When we then sat there in our bathrobes, the waiter treated us extremely rudely: "You can't sit here in your bathrobe. You can drink your coffee in your room or somewhere else, not here." The problem was: there was no visible sign anywhere – neither in the rooms nor in the dining area – indicating that bathrobes weren't allowed. It's all about the tone, and this was completely inappropriate. Our conclusion so far: we're curious to see what else we'll experience at this hotel. As of now, we definitely cannot recommend it!"

"The food is excellent. Unfortunately, you have to choose for one of 2 dinner times in the evening. This has caused us to lose it on the arrival day. The rooms are small and heating cannot be regulated. It was only completely out and we froze on the first night. It was repaired only the next day and then it wasn't allowed to be down. What should that be? The reception couldn't help anymore here. When you arrive, you still have to leave in the bathroom and unleash a ticket for the parking lot. Why can't take over this for the hotel for the guest, I don't understand. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar was very friendly and attentive. I would like there to be a bracelet for the transition to the bathroom, the room card used for it is quickly lost. Also, the bathrooms could tolerate different color belts so that you do not take the wrong in the 10 bathrooms before the sauna. So, best, let yourself realize something. In the bathroom you can already swimming from 8 a.m.. Very pleasant. And the forest around is worth a walk. "
