"I don’t recommend. Although the food is partially delicious, the service is shocking. I was waiting over an hour to be served with a drink and over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive. And when it did arrive, it was cold…and some of the order was forgotten about. I would understand if it was busy, but it is a quiet Wednesday night that wasn’t that busy. This is embarrassing for a restaurant chain that is so well known in Bacău. Tables were sat after me, they were served and ate and I wasn’t even served with 1 drink for over an hour. If you’re looking to spend your evenings in a nice place to enjoy food and be treated rightfully, go somewhere else. After asking to speak to a manager, I was ignored and a manager never approached me. Terrible experience and service."

"Loved this place. Great food, although service was a bit slow. I went back there and took my parents out for lunch. I liked the room - spacious, with a great bed, and a super snazzy bath. The staff was lovely, helpful and ultra attentive. It is quite far from the airport but taxis come there fast and they are not expensive, so totally worth staying there if you are - like I was - held in Bacău by a Wizz Air failed flight."

"We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a standard twin room with Spa access! From the moment we entered, an inviting modern ambiance enveloped us, setting the tone for our entire experience. The stylish decor provided the perfect backdrop for our escape, creating a vibrant and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was modern and sparkling clean, with beds that provided us with comfort. The bathroom stood out—generously sized, contemporary, and sparkling clean. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, adding to the convenience of our stay. And you must indulge in the incredible spa and pool! It's an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Don't miss out on a delicious beverage at the hotel bar! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment; they even prepared a healthy breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. This hotel is perfectly situated in a serene neighborhood, with the city center just a quick 5-minute drive away. We wholeheartedly recommend it for an excellent stay!"

"Among all 4* hotels during a one month travel in Romenia, this place has for me the worse ratio quality / price. In our room, the air condition was out of order : it was awfully hot in the room (when we complained they could not fix it and gave just a fan while it was more than 35 degrees inside !!!. Furthermore when we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water ; we had to complain again and they repair and we got hot water only an hour after. Our room was above the open air restaurant of the hotel ; it was very noisy late and we could not sleep because of the temperature and the noise. The room was quite small ... It is not a clean hotel : when we had breakfast I found hairs in my fried eggs !!!! Staff was not smiling and welcoming ... "
