"I don’t recommend. Although the food is partially delicious, the service is shocking. I was waiting over an hour to be served with a drink and over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive. And when it did arrive, it was cold…and some of the order was forgotten about. I would understand if it was busy, but it is a quiet Wednesday night that wasn’t that busy. This is embarrassing for a restaurant chain that is so well known in Bacău. Tables were sat after me, they were served and ate and I wasn’t even served with 1 drink for over an hour. If you’re looking to spend your evenings in a nice place to enjoy food and be treated rightfully, go somewhere else. After asking to speak to a manager, I was ignored and a manager never approached me. Terrible experience and service."

"Jeg elskede dette sted.God mad, selvom servicen var lidt langsom.Jeg gik tilbage og tog mine forældre ud til frokost.Jeg kunne lide værelset... rummeligt, med en stor seng, og et super snacket bad.Personalet var smukt, hjælpsomt og ultra opmærksom. Det er langt fra lufthavnen, men taxierne kommer der hurtigt, og de er ikke dyre, så det er helt værd at blive der, hvis du - som jeg var - holdes i Bacău af en Wizz Air mislykket flyvning."

"Absolutely terrible experience with the spa staff. I simply wanted to pop in and have a quick look at the facilities before deciding to book, but they flat-out refused to let me inside. The personnel were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing zero politeness or understanding of basic hospitality. Felt completely unwelcome—avoid this place if you value courtesy!"

"Hotel Fiald in Bacău was a very pleasant surprise. I expected high‑quality services from a 4‑star hotel, but the reality exceeded my expectations. I will try to explain the statement above: 1. Reception, restaurant, and spa staff — always smiling, polite, and eager to help. 2. Spacious and clean rooms — elegant bathrooms, bathroom amenities, everything in perfect working order: remotes, lights, etc. 3. Restaurant with very good food — decent prices, soft background music, dim lighting, discreet and efficient staff. 4. Breakfast included — nothing out of the ordinary, similar to what most 4‑star hotels offer, but the early start time (7:00 AM) is a real advantage for early risers. 5. Free parking for hotel guests. 5. Top‑level pool and spa — a 25‑meter indoor pool, three different types of saunas, jacuzzi, outdoor saltwater pools with bubbles, and an outdoor sauna. Sensational! All in all, an excellent price‑to‑quality ratio. Without a doubt, I will return."
