"We thought the hotel was beautiful and had nice bedding, but it had terrible layout and vibe. We felt like on a scene of the Shinning film. The signing is terrible and we kept getting lost trying to find our way around. The place was dark and very unloved, very dirty in some areas. The lift floor was filthy and even though we pointed that out, two days later it looked exactly the same, the pool area had lots of rubbish around, broken tiles, debris inside the pool and so on. There was no ice in the bar for an evening drink and no butter at breakfast on the first morning. The views were great but we never felt really happy there or properly cared for. The staff was nice but then again they were not sorting all the problems out. We would not go back or recommend this place at all."

"Vi blev på hotellet som en del af en motorcykeltur med min søn.Efter den første dag, der rejste, var dette den første nats stopper.Vi vendte os op ved døren og bad om et værelse.Ja, der var et dobbeltværelse til rådighed. Meget standard rum layout på første sal med balkon udsigt over vejen og meget posh gadelys.Meget hjælpsom receptionist, der hjalp os med at sortere nøglen og et sted at dele de hyrede motorcykler. Vi spiser i restauranten, der måske var lidt begrænset af det menuvalg, men perfekt tilstrækkelig.Frugt serveret i et andet rum var et stort udvalg og meget hjælpsomt personale.Et perfekt godt sted at bo uden at være ekstraordinært."

"This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous"

"Very good dinner! We ate beef rfisa and tajin with plums, highly recommended! The staff were very friendly and the location simple but welcoming. In the hotel there is also a beautiful swimming pool among the countryside full of olive trees and you can enjoy a lot of tranquility. =)"

"We stayed 1 night. Very good value Riad for the location with upper waterfall vantage points just a 4 minute walk away. Our room was simply furnished but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Relaxing terrace with beautiful sunset views. Dinner and breakfast at this Riad were excellent and decent portions. The owner/host was very polite and friendly and spoke English very well. We used a local guide who met us at this Riad around 9am and took us for a leisurely 1.5 hour walking tour (before the bus tours arrive from Marrakech) – it was brilliant, we only ran into 6 people on the entire hike. The waterfall views from the base are spectactular and we enjoyed the seeing the Barbary Macaques in their natural environment."
