"Although i did not informed the property my time of arrival, but when i reached 7 pm at the property there was no one to welcome. I had to literally wait to see if anyone comes on the gate. I myself opened the gate and entered the property. Later a lady came and called two other guys for help. These guys did not bothered at all. I had to open the gate and close the gate, when enquired they said there is no one on the property, the owner has not appointed any guard so the gate should be open and closed by the guest only. No proper answer at all. These is no cafe/restaurant of the property. Only if you take the package for good then only you will get food otherwise you need to travel 4-5 km for lunch or dinner. The swimming pool was not cleaned. The electricity/power was frequently shutting off. Rooms are good, peaceful and pleasant. But everything i experienced was self service. I had no satisfaction for service so i moved out the next day even when i paid for the stay of 3 nights."

"En fantastisk villa, med alle behovene tage sig af.Denne villa er meget tæt på Jetty og let tilgængelig.En meget rå arkitektur og en lækker grøn udendørs kan få dig til at sidde på stol og bare stirre på skønheden. Personalehold, behagelighed og renhed er intet mindre end 5/5.Kort sagt en stor værdi for penge, fantastisk ejendom med en stor pool og stor service (ved amastays). Kun én ting: Tredjepladsen til 1. sal er meget kunstnerisk, men sporing/beskyttelse på kun én side er en lille bekymrende faktor, hvis du har små børn."

"This place in karjat is so pathetic, there are not much staff to help, since they claim it is a camping so everything is a self service even they ask to keep pour own plates after finishing our food, but they charge like a hotel and don’t provide basic room Service, good toiletries and non of the activities they claim are in good considtion to even use, swimming pool is not well Maintained and it’s very dirty. This place is so bad that it’s not well Maintained and if u have a dinner package u will have to pay for the starters as well. For everything they charge even for a bottle of bislery. Generally we get atleast 2 bottle of mineral Water but they provide normal water in a jug which is I dnt know filled for days. So all in all most disguisting place to visit and worst of all, sales team what they claim is unprofessional and rude. They don’t know how behave with guest. Rooms and bathrooms are so small,that it would hv been better to book a hostel room where atleast you know they charge less but here after all to cover and give excuses for their own things they claim it’s a camping place so then y do u charge at per the hotel rates. JUST NOT WORTH VISITING, just not recommend."

"Vi blev henvist til dette sted af en af vores naboer.Vi gik her uden forventninger, og var behageligt overrasket.Prisen omfattede 4 måltider om dagen.Rejste her med en familie på 9.Vi blev passet lige fra landingen. Dette sted ligger nord for Alibag, som har sin egen strandstreng, som er næsten privat.Vi blev i de ældre soveværelser, disse værelser var store, som kunne nemt rumme 4. Men værelserne er skyldige en opgradering, som vil gøre stedet endnu mere attraktivt.Der er fuldt opgraderede værelser med en tagtop pool i samme campus, Passiflora -＞ Dette anbefales helt sikkert.Fødevarer er den fremtrædende, fremragende Konkani mad. De sørgede for, at min mors særlige kostbehov var opfyldt for hver og hver måltid.Absolut ingen klager her, bare nyde det lokale køkken.Det anbefales bestemt for familier og dem, der leder efter et stille sted med en smuk strand tæt på."
