"I was in a hurry to book the trip and the hotel in flam was fully booked, so I had to book this one. It was a pleasant surprise. I was afraid that there would be no food in the hotel for dinner, so I ate at flam. I slapped my thighs when I got here! There is a seafood restaurant here! There are few people at night (almost no one) and the scenery is beautiful! Every breath is a pleasure. It's too comfortable to sit outdoors and drink by the fire. When I returned to flam the next day, I really felt that it was like a vegetable market. The contrast was too strong. I won't talk about the room, which is similar to flam's, both are very bad... I could barely sleep..."

"This hotel is in a beautiful location. The room was clean and the staff was gracious and hospitable. It is a casual hotel, not luxury but we loved it! We only stayed one night. I wish we had stayed two nights. Lots of hiking, biking, zip line - great activities all right there. The dinner served was outstanding! I would definitely go back!"

"Facilities: Fully equipped kitchenware and tableware, including an oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean, except for a slight odor from the drain in one of the bathrooms. Environment: Located in a quiet mountain area, you can cook your own meals and dine on the balcony. Service: The washing machine had a minor problem, but the host quickly helped fix it after we reported it. The room is suitable for 7-8 people and is generally recommended."

"The location is very good, right outside the hotel is the fjord. The equipment in the room was very simple, probably because it was an old house and that was all that was available. The hair dryer burned out, so I took it downstairs and told the guy at the counter and he immediately replaced it for me. The restaurant food is very delicious, the breakfast is rich and the restaurant atmosphere is great. The parking space is right in front of the hotel, which is convenient. Except that the room was too simple and a bit musty, everything else was satisfactory."

"Beautiful surroundings, and kinda cool to be somewhere you can't get to by car. Plentiful coffee any time of day, in ceramic cups. The food was delicious and a nice variety (we had breakfast and dinner both days of our stay). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Fabulous train/fjord tours nearby. Room was what you'd expect in a ski-lodge type place - simple, but worked fine. The view from our bed was amazing. So glad I found this place instead of booking in Flam. I arranged the trip somewhat last minute and feel lucky we ended up here."
