"I booked this hotel primarily because of its convenient location for visiting Georgia Tech. Overall, the stay was great; the location was convenient, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The gym was a bit small but adequate, and the breakfast was decent. During the World Cup, there was a bar in the hotel lobby where you could watch matches during the day. I also tried out an Uber self-driving car. There's a bookstore across the street that sells GT University logo sportswear, stationery, and other merchandise. The hotel lobby even features GT University's mascot, Bumblebee, which was very fitting for the occasion! Therefore, I recommend this hotel when visiting GT University and the surrounding area."

"While everyone working in the hotel was extremely nice, Everyone in Atlanta was, this hotel was very disappointing. All the hotel room doors have a 2 inch gap on the bottom of the door to the hallway so you can hear everything in the hallway and other rooms. You can also look into the room from the hallway. Very noisy to say the least, and very dangerous if there is a fire or cockroaches or rats. Zero amenities in the room. There is some sort of rubber or plastic sheet under the normal sheets that makes a lot of noise when in bed. The decoration in the room is like an ikea college dormitory with everything made out of plastic. I’m guessing that these rooms are used mostly for people to part in and other forms of party when there are events happening at the stadium across the street. We would not recommend this hotel for anyone coming to visit Atlanta. The two nights we were there, these dirty towels sat outside our door. They were not ours."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I feel there are problems with the hotel management; for a hotel in this price range, the service details are far from satisfactory. This is my subjective opinion. Now, let me describe the objective situation. On the first day, there was no staff at the front desk during check-in. I could only hear people chatting in a small room at the back. I said "hello," but no one responded. After waiting 3-5 minutes, a lady finally came out of the small room to check in. Upon entering the room, I noticed strange noises in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a low electrical hum from the control panel, and a louder rattling sound from the ceiling above the sink. This would definitely affect my sleep at night, so I called bulger service to explain the noises and hoped they could handle it. After 30 minutes with no response, I couldn't help but go directly to the front desk to complain, requesting a quick resolution or a room change. They refused and were rude and dismissive. I then asked to see the manager. Duty told me the manager was busy, and I had to go out, so I politely expressed my strong dissatisfaction and left the hotel. When I returned around 10 PM, the strange noises stopped, and the night passed without incident. However, the next day, something bizarre happened. Around 3 AM, I was suddenly woken up by a noise and found the curtains opening automatically (making a rustling sound), and all the lights in the house turning on automatically, making the room brightly lit. I went to the living room and found the same thing. At the same time, the strange noises from the first day of check-in reappeared. I couldn't sleep until the morning because I had to drive to the airport myself and didn't have the energy to deal with the hotel. I just handed over the keys to the front desk and left. I wrote all this so carefully so that more people can avoid this pitfall."
