"Courteous and professional staff, excellent dinner, enjoyed an excellent massage at the spa, but several notes to make. The place is very close to a noisy highway and to Perugia airport, with some planes (luckily few flights) landing over the structure. The junior suite booked was small, and the air conditioning did not work, on a very hot day. Having pointed out the inconvenience late in the evening, we were offered an upgrade replacement only the following morning and following our desire to leave the facility. Sin."

"This is a charming old fashioned hotel founded in 1907, right at the bottom of the hill into town. Lovely continental breakfast, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the basilica. Be warned the restaurant only opens if there are lots of people staying. Assisi is magical"

"I am reviewing only the restaurant, where I had lunch on the occasion of seeing an old friend. The restaurant is integrated into the hotel and is structured in several rooms; it is accessed from the main entrance and appears with a large room. It offers lunch and dinner service; the latter with pizza service. We arrive at 12.30 and we are asked to wait as it is still closed! Shortly after, we sit down. Basic menu based on Umbrian specialties presented on a printed sheet .... the waiting times are very long, as they preferred to serve the tourists who arrived after we had sent the order. The courses are good, abundant and with top quality materials, compliments to the chef. It is a shame to present a bottle of EU origin oil in the oil region!!! Honest prices to improve the service in the course times as we were the first to leave last ....."

"This is a great little place just 2km outside Assisi. The gardens, pool, staff and accommodation are all excellent. The staff were just fantastic. The suite was a great size. Only complaint was beds were a little hard for me. It is across the road from a bar, some shops including Conrad supermarket and an ATM machine which is handy. It is a ten minute walk to the Church which is beautiful and worth a visit. "

"Vi har været gæster i denne bygning i fire nætter fra 29/03 til 01/04/2024. Hvad siger du: Hotel med få små, men hyggelige værelser. Udmærket værelse med alt det nødvendige og perfekt rengøring. Fænomenal familieforvaltning. Tak til fru Grazia og fru Dino for alle de gastronomiske og turistmæssige oplysninger. Underlig morgenmad, med kager personligt lavet af fru Grazia hver dag og påske morgen også bageri (godt). Og det ville allerede være nok til at vælge det; men et andet stærkt punkt er placeringen. Beliggende på hovedvejen, midt i alt, hvad du skal besøge og nås på få minutter, også Mojano parkering. Sikkert at komme tilbage til os."
