"It’s a terrible hotel. After the earthquake, there was a shortage of hotels in the area, and they are taking advantage of the situation. They only provided 0.5 liters of drinking water for two people in the room. When we asked for more, they said it was chargeable. The room key card frequently stops working, and the safe in the room doesn’t function. There’s no toothpaste or toothbrush, and they sell them for 170 TL. The breakfast selection is poor, and the menemen tasted awful. The SPA is out of service, and the gym is very small. In short, don’t believe for a second that this is a five-star hotel."

"This is a terrible hotek. Don't go there. The staff are completely untrained and uncouth. Although the hotel is new, the rooms are in disrepair. Water leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom when you shower, and the ceiling is moldy. It's like a prison; the staff constantly monitor you. They constantly hound you, telling you not to do this and that. They have no manners, and they are very rude. There was poop in the children's pool, but the pool wasn't closed; the poop was collected and returned to the children's use. The attendant who asked for tea handed us the cups by holding them from the top, just above where our lips would touch, instead of placing them on plates. I will never come back, and I won't recommend it to anyone."
