"I had an unrefundable booking in this hotel. After my flight was canceled, I had to contact Trip.com to request the reservation and the amount. Trip.com The hotel management refused to cancel because of the policy of unreturned booking, and sent me an official message that the cancellation request was rejected and the booking was still in place.
