Personalet sagde, at jeg ikke kunne finde min booking på tælleren.De sagde til "lederen".Men lederen forsøgte ikke at hjælpe os.Hun gik for at gøre sit eget. Efter at jeg spurgte, hvad jeg ventede, kom "lederen" endelig, men spurgte os, hvornår vi bookede hotellet. Men senere fandt jeg mit navn på hendes booking Excel.De vil bare ikke passe på os."

"Our stay at the Arrowtown Lodge was wonderful. We stayed in the Tobins Cottage. It was convenient to dining and shopping, was very comfortable and the gardens were a special treat. Arrowtown is a very cute and eclectic town. The flowers were in full bloom everywhere in the garden and the sweet smell of the flowers and birdsong were amazing. Paul was a spectacular host and made a full tasty breakfast, made us wish we were able to stay longer!!!"
