"The property has an excellent location, close to the area of ​​typical restaurants and on a street that, despite being crossed by cars, is very quiet. The room with a sea view is absolutely recommended, which overlooks not only the ocean, but also the small and picturesque pier below. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff, with whom it is also possible to communicate in several languages, and their kindness. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and is served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the sea. The only "flaw" that perhaps only Italians notice: there is no espresso, but only nescafè!"

"Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc Would recommend especially for price and value."

"I booked the apartment via booking. The location is very beautiful, a little eclectic. The entrance has a sliding door with access code, after a couple of marble steps there is the desk where you check in. Further on is a small artistic lounge where you can relax, drink coffee and read. There is an elevator that even has relaxing music. The apartment is elegant and refined with inserts and valuable ornaments: the marble bathroom with large shower and opaque sliding glass door, well-arranged seating and sleeping area with comfortable beds, coffee table and armchair and even a floor lamp with a golden parrot. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the new square in front and the seafront and there is a small table with two chairs: it was nice to dine outside with that view. The kitchen is small but very useful: few utensils but the necessary ones are there. There is also the possibility of a paid laundry and a yacuzi on the upper floor. In short, everything is a work of art. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the parking... being in the center it is very difficult to find and alternatively they offered one for a fee. Good experience!"

"Our experience was very good, we were in #4 and the apartment was great, because there's a smart TV you can watch series in English on YouTube. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to but there little cafés and tapas places nearby. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the apartment, we didn't see a single 'roach as mentioned by others. Location is 5 minutes to the sea front down calle Leon y castillo, which is pedestrian at that particular point. The only downside we found was that because we were landing so late was that we had to check-in at at different location to pickup the keys."
