"An amazing experience at a fantastic hotel! The staff were all incredible, especially coping with a medical emergency i had upon arrival! Swift action, straight to medical centre and problem resolved! The rest of the week was a joy - amazing food in the restaurant, possibly the best spa we have ever attended, stunning views, piste & winter hiking trails access directly at the back of hotel. Professional, caring & super friendly staff interactions all week - from the restaurants, to desk staff, cleaning teams, everyone... A very family and yet high level care experience. We would love to return time and again - as the saying there goes - 'Once is not enough'. Thank you!!"

"Perfectly situated close to the train station, ski rental shop, chair lift and cable car. Can literally ski back down to the door. Staff were super-friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We were on the first floor but not notably noisy from the restaurant. Highly recommended for a ski holiday."

"Positive: Spacious rooms and close to the bus stop. Negative: Value for money. No luggage room, only storage on the 1st floor (video monitored). I had to change in the hallway, as there was no toilet on the same floor, and leave my luggage there until self-check-in at 3 pm. I arrived at noon. I had room 203 with a balcony that couldn't have been more neglected. Rusty railing, no sun protection (awning/umbrella, no table for drinks). The privacy screen for my neighbors was blocked by two small fir trees. On my last evening, when I returned to my room, a woman (a hotel guest from room 215) was sitting on my terrace, which she had accessed through the unlocked balcony door from the main hallway. She thought the terrace was for everyone! The hotel security was unreliable. I didn't receive the Arosa Card, which all hotels in Arosa automatically send by email on the day of arrival. I had to go to the tourist information center to request it. I haven't received a response to my email regarding the complaint. I do not recommend this cheap-yet-expensive hotel."
