"I booked this place for the World Cup, a family suite with a small kitchen, and it was quite clean. My biggest complaint is this: the booking showed the full price (including tax), and they charged me $1 upon check-in as a confirmation. However, in the middle of the night, they suddenly charged me another $40! I've emailed them asking what this charge is for, but they haven't replied or refunded the money to this day!!!!!!"
