"The hotel staff provided great service. Fortunately, the hotel allowed us to check in early. The environment was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. There was a food market and souvenir shops within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient."

"We stayed here on the off chance due to having no where to go. My father in law had a stroke whilst in Zante & we wasn’t allowed to fly. We were met by Cheryl who is an amazing lady! Accommodation was clean & tidy, beds made & fresh towels everyday. Breakfast is amazing! Portions are huge. You have everything you need but it’s the staff that make it. They can’t do enough for you! English speaking, English music, really good vibe. I would highly recommend. I would like to thank Cheryl & her team for their kindness, empathy, consideration & understanding, you made our horrible time lovely. Thank you so much!"

"Our experience at Tsamis Zante Suites made our holiday in Zakynthos truly memorable. The resort features comfortable, modern rooms, and the common areas are breathtaking—especially the pool area and the private beach. We opted for a stay with breakfast and dinner included, and after a week we can confidently say the cuisine is of excellent quality, varied, and caters to all tastes. There are both local and international culinary options, with a special mention for the outdoor kitchen where different dishes are served every evening, including delicious grilled meats and sautéed vegetables. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and constant smiles—especially Stella and Doris; or for the invaluable assistance and tireless attention of Iannis, the food and beverage manager. There are a few areas for improvement, such as the room cleaning, which may have been slightly below the standard of a hotel in this category. Some small details were a bit disappointing, like the crumpled, unreplaced toiletries or the white wine from the menu being served too warm. Communication among staff members could also be improved, as they weren’t always aligned in their responses to guests. It might be helpful for Southern European guests (Italy, Spain, Portugal etc.) to have the option of dining after 10:00 PM, especially during months like June when it’s enjoyable to stay on the beach late into the evening."

His hands-on approach translates into a team that is both efficient and genuinely welcoming, creating a relaxed but well-organised atmosphere throughout the property. The accommodation is comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, a pleasant base for a relaxing holiday. Lovely pool area with bar/snack bar and ample sun beds. The food is of a high standard, with a clear emphasis on quality and freshness, and service is attentive and friendly. Overall, the resort delivers a well-rounded and reliable experience, combining warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of place. Highly recommended"
